ECD members will stay at Hampton Inn; however, there is a mandatory $250 deposit, refunded to you upon arrival.
The meeting spaces will be at Calvary Lutheran Church (ELCA), a block from the Hampton Inn.

The ECD will provide breakfast and Lunch.

Lunch will be soup, sandwich, and salad bars (buffet style).
Except for ECD Banquet, dinner is on your own, in which you can use the $250 deposit to pay for your meals. There are many restaurants within walking distance to satisfy your tastebuds.
Most flights from Seattle to the East coast are either early morning (before 8 AM) or late at night, "red-eye." For this reason, all day trip/event is being planned for those who choose to take a "red-eye" flight home on July 27th.
Financial assistance is available to help with travel costs. Information will be explained in the next Deaf Episcopalian in March.
