44, Fielding Rogers, is listed as a deacon in A Missionary Chronicle with a 1979 ordination date. I received confirmation from a former ECD President that the Rev. Rogers did go on to be ordained a priest but I don't know the ordination date.
45 and up are from personal knowledge with dates from Google searches and should not be taken "as Gospel" until I get confirmation.
